Abstract

The goals of this study were to describe the diversification and the expansion of teaching training in the Physical Education Institute at Universidad de Antioquia and to identify the social context where it was developed during the years 2013 and 2014 in light of the compliance of the mission and institutional training. The study was carried out using the descriptive longitudinal method from the documentary analysis (practice management reports and social balance of the 2013 and 2014 period). A registration card was developed using the Delphy (Ruiz, 2003) methodology validated through expert judgement. The results show a Pedagogical Practice immersed in different areas of motor skills with a strong participation in schools, followed by community, administrative and sport training participation. Regarding social contexts the results show a greater presence in middle class socioeconomic institutions that were center of practice and the target population.
