Abstract

Freirian’s proposal to move towards a dialogical education finds a path for realization in Paul Ricoeur’s hermeneutics approach in which a platform that makes possible to visualize the subject of education from his living word from “theory of the text” is provided. Within this logic, the narrative and listening occurring within the investigative process are transformed into a dialogic event that allows investigated subjects to become social subjects that incorporate community knowledge in the school world. That is how from hermeneutic research it is possible to open the needed spaces for dialogue between school and community
