Abstract

The objective of this article is to show the results of the analysis of the narratives that emerged during the systematization process in which the professors of Universidad Manuela Beltrán and Corporación Educativa ITAE were involved in. The methodological design responds to a qualitative-dialectic approach articulated with techniques such as focus groups, the systematization workshop and the writing of pedagogical narratives that facilitated analysis of the significant experiences of the professors. In order to approach these narratives, the perspective of “intratextual reading” was used which, in light of the categories of impact, perception, and representation, allowed recovering that knowledge of pedagogical practice born from the experience that remained implicit. Among the findings, the deep connection facilitated by the professor to the student, regarding their relationship with knowledge, stands out since both are involved in the teaching-learning process.
