Abstract

EDUCATE FOR PEACES AS A CREATIVE EXPERIENCE IN THE TERRITORIES

In the early 1990s, some social researchers took an epistemological turn in the work related to the investigation of the causes, dynamics and impacts of violence and its link with the construction of peace in the territories; The epistemological turn can be synthesized in the following way: instead of continuing to advance on the path indicated by conventional violent approaches - in which peace is defined as a substitute for violence or as an event subsequent to the end of armed confrontations - The researchers opened the way to other possibilities of investigation and action by linking regulations and conflict transformations with the emergence of multiple and diverse pacifist experiences.
