Globalización y privatización en la educación superior

Abstract

Globalization is the direct cause of the changes that a country´s political and social estructures have under gone, changes which are also present on a Public Education level. In the same way, the lack of budget states in development have to spend on Higher Education is a fact that has opened doors to the Mega-Corporations in academic spaces, in order to collect the necessary resources to guarantee its functioning, by sacrificing rights, such as freedom of speech, when it contradicts the sponsors interests.
