Abstract

The general objective was to build spaces for citizen reflection in relation to the challenges of territorial peace building, reconciliation and restoration that involve the leaders of the Victims’ Organizations of La Dorada-Caldas and at the same time their conversations allow the formation of professional identity in Social Work. The research method was participatory action research which built a dialogue of ethical, political and action knowledge between the participants. The results affirm that pedagogical practice is a knowledge proper to the action of a research/intervention and that the seedbeds are enablers of sensitive experiences in the training of social workers. It is concluded that pedagogical mediation as a podcast favors a negotiated, conciliated and ethical conversation of professional action.
