Diseño de objetos en la colonización de Caldas

Abstract

The objects introduced or made by the first settlers of the Caldas geography (mid 20th Century), allow the supposition that each one was the result of the application of the theoretical principles that define the design discipline. However, by means of the analysis of their production of objects, it is shown that the theoretical standpoints of the discipline were replaced by practical aspects inherent to the manufacture; characteristic that lasted until the first decades of the 20th Century.
