The Eleuthera journal, Ibero-American Journal of Human and Social Development, is an open access scientific publication without charge of APC (Article Processing Charge) that circulates biannually nationally and internationally, affiliated and financed by the Department of Human Development of the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences, and the the Vice-Rectory for Research and Graduate Studies of the University of Caldas.
