Resumen
El multiculturalismo y otros modelos adoptados por diferentes países europeos para la recepción de colectivos inmigrantes, así como sus resultados, se discuten en este ensayo. Consideraciones de carácter político, posturas desde la teoría social y algunos ejemplos empíricos son revisados con el fin de evaluar el, por muchos anunciado, fracaso del multiculturalismo.
