Resumo

Este estudo propõe uma reflexão sobre alguns dilemas éticos no exercício profissional do Serviço Social, através de uma revisão bibliográfica integrativa (2020–2024), partindo de um enquadramento teórico que posiciona a ética profissional enquanto componente essencial do projeto ético-político do Serviço Social. A investigação considerou 5.126 artigos nas bases de dados SciELO, PubMed, Science Direct, DOAJ, ERIC e SSRN, tendo sido selecionados 9 estudos que se enquadram nos critérios de inclusão definidos. Os resultados organizam-se em quatro categorias: a formação pedagógica dos assistentes sociais para o enfrentamento de dilemas éticos; o uso de ferramentas de regulação social como estratégias de intervenção; os impactos das novas tecnologias e das questões sociais emergentes; e os dilemas éticos frequentes na prática profissional em articulação com os códigos de ética. Conclui-se que os dilemas éticos enfrentados pelos assistentes sociais são multifacetados e atravessados por fatoresestruturais, políticos e culturais.
