Este estudio propone una reflexión sobre diversos dilemas éticos en el ejercicio profesional del Trabajo Social, mediante una revisión bibliográfica integradora (2020–2024), a partir de un marco teórico que sitúa la ética profesional como un componente esencial del proyecto ético-político del Trabajo Social. La investigación analizó 5.126 artículos en las bases de datos SciELO, PubMed, Science Direct, DOAJ, ERIC y SSRN, seleccionando finalmente 9 estudios que cumplían con los criterios de inclusión establecidos. Los resultados se organizaron en cuatro categorías: la formación pedagógica de los/as profesionales del Trabajo Social para el abordaje de dilemas éticos; el uso de herramientas de regulación social como estrategias de intervención; los impactos de las nuevas tecnologías y de las problemáticas sociales emergentes; y los dilemas éticos recurrentes en la práctica profesional en relación con los códigos de ética. Se concluye que los dilemas éticos enfrentados por los/as trabajadores/as sociales son complejos y están atravesados por factores estructurales, políticos y culturales.
