Abstract

ABSTRACT

This article teaches health problems in Latin America and point out Colombia. In order to do that we have to ask for intellectuals role and true realities from reason and language. Its three variables refer identity, memory and reality built from country history, besides, its misery and conflict current condition. Final conclusion is retoric between health and environment.
