Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to evidence the discussion of social and subjective factors found in the problem of adolescents who break criminal law in Colombia. To carry out this analysis, the article proposes a revision of two key concepts: social vulnerability and subjective responsibility. As a geographical reference point, the Soacha municipality in Cundinamarca is taken, a place where the research project entitled “Between the tutelary paradigm and the comprehensive protection paradigm: social, political, cultural and human rights studies of young criminal law offenders” was conducted by the OSPA research group from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
