Abstract

This article presents some of the results of a research that Intend. To understand urban places like the city and shopping centers. This is done by implementing the concepts of territory, imaginary and memory. Said comprehension is liked to the concept of rutine that shows the rhythms, the uses and the appropriations that the city dwellers have of those urban places. All of this, promotes senses of identity for the place and generates behaviors which are characteristic of contemporary urban life.
