Abstract
This research presents information about a study accomplished at Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos in the Campus Oriente, a public superior studies institution. The college teachers and their families were studied in their daily life to analyze how jobs outside the home affect the transformation of family organization and values. This research is limited to professors/investigators who use their knowledge to investigate on themselves. We polled all the teachers in the institution, and the study was completed thorough interviews of four teachers, their husbands, and children. This study describes the interaction and strategies that show how teachers and their families are making changes and are breaking gender identity in all family members. The changes have allowed them to become wives, mothers, and teachers.
