Francisco de Asís o “el gozo del ser” del agente político contemporáneo: Agamben, Hardt y Negri

Abstract

This article aims to reflect about the possibilities of action of the contemporary political agent to show how  Hardt and Negri’s revolutionary proposal intends to overcome state sovereignty. In this case, things start from  a theological and historical reflection of the concepts of “Kingdom” and government exposed by Giorgio  Agamben in his book The kingdom and the Glory. Then references of the fundamental aspects of the social  transformation proposal put forward by Hardt and Negri in Multitude and Empire in relation to Saint Francis of  Asissi’s life history, founded in the political role of love, are mentioned.
