ABSTRACT
Sudden transformations in the urban environment of nowadays can be motive of imbalanced relations between human beings and their environment with the subsequent loss of identity and comprehension from community to the changes mentioned. Cultural and landscape values are not taking in count for deciding development of a region or a city. The most important thing in those cases is the economic decisions. The purpose of this article is to show a theorical approach of the multiple dimensions of the urban and their connotations and proposals in order to create an antagonism of the established development eferred in Latin American history.
