Abstract

ABSTRACT

This article refers to the problematic between health and environment as social indicators and let see marks where we can to understand economic and politic developments. For instance the Argentina history shows economic crisis early in the 90's, his peak and blast of this society around politics myths. To understand 'war', 'peace', 'limit', 'border', is necessary an analysis about open background of social and real fractures. These fractures refer hungry, unequality, poverty and confrontation crisis for profit rate. Cover or uncover war means steal natural resources and ancient ties. Statistics shows war consequences.
