Resumen
El presente artículo describe la evolución de las reglas y precedentes del Sistema Interamericano de Protección de los Derechos Humanos en el contexto
de los derechos de las personas con discapacidad. El artículo está dividido en tres partes. La primera parte analiza el corpus iuris principal proferido por
los órganos del Sistema Interamericano en materia de derechos de las personas con discapacidad. La segunda parte explora reglas jurisprudenciales de
los órganos del Sistema Interamericano sobre los derechos a la no discriminación y no segregación de personas con discapacidad con base en el análisis
de informes temáticos, visitas in loco, medidas cautelares y provisionales, así como algunos casos relevantes en la materia. La última parte de este
documento incluye algunas conclusiones.
