It addresses several relevant issues regarding complaint mechanisms. The article is divided into three main parts. The first part explains the organs of the Inter-American System and corpus iuris centered on disability rights. The second part explores rights to nondiscrimination and non-segregation of persons with disabilities based on relevant reports and recommendations issued by the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, as well as case-law of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
