Abstract
The different models of addicts individual assistance as part of the called “individual assistance perspective” and the main national public policies in relation to drug consumption as part of the “juridical-economical perspective” are analyzed. The article seeks to discuss a harmonic articulation of rights and responsibilities emerging from both perspectives simultaneously.
