Abstract
The author refers to an evident dualism: ecological country - ecological reality. Thus, it raises the environmental problem from a point of view that comes from scientific anthropocentrism. To do this, it goes to a critique of the foundations of both science and social paradigms and is based on the demand for a collective ecological conscience that would validate a new way of understanding the quality of life from the perspective of our true needs. Man must be conceived as a species, without neglecting the other living beings that inhabit his same home.
