Abstract

ABSTRACT

This article develops an idea from an evolution's theory point of view. According to this idea, the genetic characteristics from people who live in the tropics are different from those who live in countries with seasons. After the genome discussion that it's been made here, the author shows the challenge of education as a possible solution to the problem of countries that are supposed to be "genetically" inferior who must change their development paradigms.
