Abstract

ABSTRACT

The affair of sustainable development could be seen for a multiple range of optics that could be opposites talking in geopolitical and geo-economics manners. Those mentioned here refers to a historical point of view, a theoretical one and a government one. Fundamentally above the basis of a critical thought which is not linked to the global sight of the phenomenon as the XXI century panacea. The lines that follow pretend to describe sustainable development from Latin America in a parallel with the politics of American states organization.
