ABSTRACT
There is a discussion about who denominates and design mankind patrimony. The discussion includes a large reflexion about intellectual property which shows a geopolitical and biopolitical affair in the environmental subject. The important here is how transnational corporations set definitions that cause controversy or contradictions between particular subjects and the general ones; when these concerned about environmental rights and duties.
