Abstract
This paper aims at exhibiting an inconsistency in the main argument by which the Colombian Constitutional Court legalizes some cases of abortion. Additionally, two ways of solving this incoherence are suggested. In doing so, the Constitutional Court's argument is compared with Judith Jarvis Thomson's famous defense of abortion.
