Abstract
The article is in charge of pointing out the necessity to assume a more political view at the moment to approach the analysis of the corruption above the juridical focuses, mainly when defining this concept. The central argument consists in that added to the difficulty of the analysis of the corruption, we face a problem that embraces different dimensions (politics, economic, social and cultural) that in turn, bears implications and effects that do not only have to do with problems of legality but of genuineness of the state institutions, but mainly of the society. With the corruption there are not only in game public resources but the moral health of the society and the democratic values that settle the game rules to decide the direction of the civic destinations.
