Abstract
The criminal responsibility of non-attributable rights in the Colombian law, in accordance to the doctrines that have been constructed around it, since the issuance of the penal code of 1980, when it was established as the highest authority of the Colombian criminal law, in its fifth article: the principle of guilty plea, which resulted in the requirement that for a typical unlawful conduct to be punishable, the person must plead guilty, while prohibiting any form of liability. The subject generates an unresolved debate on the criminal responsibility of non-attributable rights.
