Resumo
El artículo tiene por objeto identificar la fuente de legitimidad y las manifestaciones de la autoridad privada en el derecho internacional y en el derecho transnacional. Para ello se indaga por la justificación de dicha autoridad, qué entes la articulan y las respuestas teóricas que buscan explicarla desde el derecho internacional y transnacional como fenómeno de gobernanza.
