Abstract

Law teaching has been limited to the technocratic study of the law and it has become an academic periphery in other social sciences and disciplines, which has resulted in an impoverished study of law and ethics, keeping moral responsibility outside the realm of the law. The British critics have taken new manners to approach the study of law, distancing themselves from continental and North American schools, by means of deconstruction, the ethic turn and the resistance politics or critical oblivion.
