Los albores del estado social de derecho en el estado colombiano

Abstract

This paper seeks to find the first germs of the Social State of Law in the Colombian legal system, based on the thesis that the Social State of Law is the beginning before the Constitution of 1991 and before the reform of 1936 was momentous for Political Constitution of 1886. Therefore, check the United States of Colombia Constitution of 1863 in its articles looking very foundation of minimum principles of a Social State of Law. From the foregoing the dawn of Social State of Law and Democratic shown since the midnineteenth century as a reform born with President Lopez Pumarejo and its highest expression in the Constitution of the late twentieth century.
