El diálogo como encuentro: Aproximaciones a la relación médico-paciente

Abstract

To split of two studies about the relation of patients and “doctor” (read it people of healt); one of type  conceptual and phenomenolophic wrought from the experiences of one of the autors and the other type  ethnographic performed to split of interviews with patients of service of sharp of Hospital Universitary of  Caldas, begin a dialogue that to appear in the ambit clinical. Normally the doctor wants to know what does  the patient feel?, what are the symtoms and how do tolerate the sickness, with a purpose diagnoastic and  terapeutic; but little to interest in know how does the patiente feel? How do perceive his sickness? and what  does currant even to confront the hurt the scary. This fragment comunication to generate a emotional  distance and human that limit the reach of the action terapeutic.  The act professional of care the healt it has  gone worn out in the measure that the comunication with the patient it has gone restricting to encounters  each time more technicals, distance and cold that to avoid the dialogue and privilege the “information”. This  to outline a challenge the personal of healt and particulary to the schools and faculties of science of the  healt; today more than never, in half of nation that succumb in the conflict and the intolerate, to resurge the  need of recognize the sicknees, more here of mere do biologic, complete social and culture; of to turn to  valve the dialogue with strategy that permit us a meeting between persons for to give sensitive to the  existence and do us humans in the act of fall and of to cure.
