Abstract
Values that favor the customers the nursing personnel of five institutions from Manizales (Colombia). This is a descriptive study that aims at estimating the evalues as way to approach the health sector theme. A sector that has been affected by the transformations and changing policies derived from the implementation of new laws that restructure this sector. The social claim to rescue the needed values to reach a healthful living together standard in the health performance surrounding cannot be denied. Here, performers such as customers have the right to express their preferences some way as the nursing personnel, which is also in conditions to express their probabilities for valuing the necessary qualities to worthily survive in the midst of adverse conditions. This fact becomes an option to reflect, internalise, and own personal, family, professional and social values; which will contribute to the construction of a new country.
