Inmunidad a un error de identificación: el problema del estrechamiento

Resumen

Este artículo explora una solución al problema de un estrechamiento en el alcance de la inmunidad a un error de identificación. Se trata de la amenaza de dejar fuera las auto-adscripciones basadas en la propiocepción, entre otras. En el marco teórico de Coliva, estos juicios son inmunes porque no hay una identificación como parte de las bases racionales del pensador. El problema es que parece haber juicios sin ninguna inmunidad significativa que también satisfacen el criterio de Coliva. Aquí propongo que, a pesar de las apariencias, estos casos amenazantes sí involucran una identificación desde la perspectiva racional del pensador. Sin embargo, tal identificación no es la premisa de una inferencia consciente sino una razón implícita a la que un pensador apelaría si tuviera que ofrecer una justificación de su juicio final.
