Abstract

Objective. Understand that the “war on drugs” is a war for the monopoly of drugs that control pain (anesthetics and analgesics) that have given rise to the large pharmaceutical corporations of today. Methodology. Analysis of important scientific and historical studies. Results and conclusions. The author’s experience as a psychiatrist specialized in ‘drugs’ has allowed him to understand that the negative effects of the forbidden have also sickened the entire society, surrounding it in a wave of degeneration never seen before.
