Abstract
After infinite doubts and missteps, we made the decision to carry out Magazine number 11 with the idea of maintaining our editorial tradition, responding to the multiple demands that are made, from all local and international instances, with the interest that the Magazine maintain a permanent publication.
For the management of the magazine, it is very contradictory to maintain an indexed publication in the face of the excessive and out of place demands that Publindex makes, when they do not have the political and academic will to understand the characteristics of art magazines, and demand for their categorization scientific parameters as if that were the only way and the only possible and valid knowledge. For now, the Magazine will not be indexed for a while, while we wait for the necessary changes to take place in Colciencias and to admit publications that can carry out research or explorations in the field of creation and the arts.
