Confiabilidade de um teste de triagem para Micoplasmose aviária

Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the serological test for Mycoplasmosis in the flocks, the serum were analyzed by rapid serum agglutination test (SAR) in plates, 13.500 sera from chickens of different ages and different creation types were analyzed. The reliability of the sensibility and of the specificity of the proof it was measured by the Index of Youden. The diagnosticabilidade probability was calculated by the Theorem of Bayes. To measure the relation of reliability of the selection test for the different creation types and the different ages of the birds select, was made for statistical Kappa calculations. The cut chickens with seven weeks of age and the reproducers with eighteen weeks of age presented the largest frequencies of reagents to the proof of SAR in plates for Mycoplasmosis for Mycoplasma gallisepticum. In the reproducers with eighteen weeks of age, in the broilers with three weeks of age and in the reproducers with eight weeks of age was obtained the largest diagnostic probability. For statistical Kappa it was ended that the reliability for the test of SAR for Micoplasmose for Mycoplasma gallisepticum was registered for the broilers with seven and with three weeks of age. Statistically, was verified significant differences between the variant of production type and age of the birds select, being ended that the birds resist the selection proofs differently for the test of SAR, in agreement with the creation type and with the age of the lots select.
