Abstract
The perspective regarding the social, judicial and political order proposed in this essay is different: there isn’t an origin, if it is understood as an originating causality making things be a certain way, according to the information loss law. The law’s position is, for contemporary judicial and political theory, a real ideological battle field, an ‘incorporation’ and ‘struggle’ context, not simply one of the places where hegemonic power is lost or won, but instead, a place where new composition modes and new worlds are invented.
