Abstract

The genus Paraphotina Giglio-Tos, 1915 is recorded for the first time from Colombia through a specimen of the species P. reticulata Saussure, 1871, found in the municipality of San Martín (Meta), path La Pascuarela. Remarks on morphology and habitat are included.
