Abstract

Three males and three females (adult) samples were collected manually during the reproduction period at the Botanical Garden lake of the Universidad de Caldas located in the southeast of Manizales. The Dendropsophus columbianus development, from egg up to the perfect metamorphosis, is documented by a periodic description of the larvae states, lasting approximately 105 days in laboratory conditions at a temperature of 23 °C ± 2. The larvae were preserved in a 70% alcohol 1% formalin solution.
