Resumen
La perspectiva que acerca del orden social, jurídico y político desarrolla este ensayo es diferente: no hay un origen si por tal se entiende una causalidad originaria que hace que las cosas sean de una determinada manera, de acuerdo con la ley de pérdida de información. El lugar del derecho es, para la teoría jurídica y política contemporánea, un verdadero campo de batalla ideológico, un terreno de ‘incorporación’ y ‘lucha’, no simplemente uno de los lugares en los que se pierde o se gana el poder hegemónico, sino antes bien, uno en el cual se inventan nuevos modos de composición, nuevos mundos.
