Resumen
El presente artículo recoge una revisión bibliográfica acerca de la justicia transicional en aras de contribuir al debate informado sobre la materia. Para ello inicia con una breve exposición sobre los orígenes de la justicia transicional y lo que se entiende por esta; continuando con los dilemas que suscita frente a la democracia y los derechos humanos; al igual que el análisis de los tiempos de esta justicia y su prolongación por décadas después de las transiciones; para luego explorar un grupo de trabajos de índole explicativo sobre trayectorias de justicia y terminar reflexionando sobre los desafíos del campo.
